Meet James (The Forager)

For years, James sat behind a corporate desk, chasing deadlines but never fulfillment. It wasn’t until the world slowed down during the COVID era that he discovered his true passion—mixology. What started as a hobby soon became an obsession, and eventually, his reason for leaving the corporate grind behind.

Growing up in a Taiwanese immigrant household in the vibrant and culturally diverse city of Los Angeles, James was surrounded by bold flavors, rich traditions, and an endless appreciation for great food. This early exposure to a world of taste now fuels his craft, inspiring cocktails that tell stories, bridge cultures, and push the boundaries of flavor.
